MARIO PARK OPERATING RULES
ACCESS TO MARIO PARK
- The capacity of the park is limited.
- Entry will not be allowed to those who intend to introduce glass and cans or similar elements or others that, if thrown, could cause damage to users.
- The park closes its doors at 7:30 p.m., and access to the attractions and pools closes 15 minutes before
- Access is prohibited to children under 12 years of age who are not accompanied by older persons who are responsible for their custody and behaviour.
- For security reasons, visitors may be asked to show the objects they carry in bags or refrigerators at any time, since glass and canned food are not allowed.
- Access to the Park enclosure with chairs, umbrellas, hammocks and any other type of camping and beach furniture is prohibited.
- The client will not be entitled to any refund of the amount of the ticket once inside the park facilities, nor when weather conditions cause the decision to close the park facilities.
- The Park Management team reserves the right of admission and may also, if the conduct of one or more users is not correct, proceed to expulsion from the premises.
- The entrance ticket to the Park must be kept during the entire stay in it and must be shown to the Park or security personnel who require it.
- The consumption, sale or distribution of any type of drug or narcotic within the Park premises is prohibited. Mario Park will immediately expel any person who fails to comply with this rule and will give the corresponding notice to the authorities.
- It is essential that visitors to the Park try to be careful with their personal belongings, since the park cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage that they may suffer during their stay. We have a locker service and safe deposit boxes for this purpose.
- The company has the right to change prices, discounts, dates or opening hours at any time, for reasons of its own or outside the park.
- Access to the park with any pet (except guide dogs) is not allowed.
