By entering Mario Park, all visitors agree to the following operating rules. Compliance is essential to ensure a safe, orderly, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

The park has limited capacity. Access will be closed once this capacity is reached.

Entry is not allowed with glass containers, canned goods, weapons, dangerous objects, flammable materials, or camping/beach furniture (chairs, umbrellas, loungers, etc.).

For safety reasons, park staff may inspect bags and coolers at any time.

Bicycles, roller skates, and scooters are not permitted inside.

Pets are not allowed, except for properly certified guide dogs.

The park closes at 7:30 PM. Attractions and pools will close 15 minutes earlier.

The park reserves the right of admission. Visitors may be expelled if they:

Disturb the order.

Cause vandalism or property damage.

Inconvenience or affect other visitors’ enjoyment.

Attempt to use fake or unofficially purchased tickets.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The entrance ticket must be kept throughout the visit and shown to staff if requested.

No refunds will be given due to facility closures caused by weather conditions or organizational reasons.

The park reserves the right to modify prices, schedules, discounts, and opening dates without prior notice.
INSIDE THE PARK
- Attractions, restaurants, and shops may remain closed due to technical, weather-related, or organizational reasons.
- This information will be announced at ticket offices or via signage. No refunds will be given for this reason.
- It is prohibited to swim or use water facilities wearing anything other than proper swimwear. Street clothes or inappropriate garments are not allowed for hygiene and respect towards others.
- The use of attractions is prohibited if the visitor is wearing necklaces, glasses, watches, earrings, rings, piercings, or other metal objects. Consult a lifeguard if in doubt.
- The use of pools and attractions is not allowed if wearing casts. If wearing prosthetics, consult the lifeguard team.
- Use of attractions is prohibited if the visitor is unwell, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or has any physical impairment incompatible with safe use.
- Running in the facilities or swinging on the slides is forbidden.
- Some attractions have age, height, weight, and physical condition restrictions. For safety, always check the rules of each attraction.
- After finishing an attraction, visitors must exit and wait their turn. Repeating without queuing is not allowed.
- Cutting in line or saving spots for others is strictly prohibited.
- Pools have limited capacity and established controls must be respected.
- Children must always be supervised by an adult in all areas, especially aquatic zones.
- For your safety, visitors must follow the instructions of park staff and lifeguards at all times.
- The park does not have a public address system for personal messages.
- Picnics are only allowed in designated areas.
SAFETY AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS
- Mario Park is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Lockers and safety deposit boxes are available for their safekeeping.
- It is prohibited to sell or distribute products, flyers, or advertisements inside the park without express authorization from management.
- The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited.
- The consumption, sale, or distribution of drugs or narcotics within the park is strictly forbidden. Violations will result in immediate expulsion and notification of authorities.
- The park may conduct safety drills during operating hours, which may include the use of rescue mannequins or other specialized equipment.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND PRIVACY

both at the entrance and on some of the attractions, if you wish. Additionally, there are duly accredited photographers who can take photos of you during your visit to the park, if you desire. These photographs are intended solely as souvenirs for visitors.
The photographs will be destroyed at the end of the day, with no possibility of recovery. You can inquire at the information office about where to view and purchase the photos.
Under no circumstances will photographs be sold to persons other than those appearing in them.
