How Do Offers and Discounts Work?
Throughout the season, the park offers a wide range of discounts and special deals.
All offers apply exclusively to full-day General, Junior, and Senior tickets on non-holiday dates, unless otherwise specified in the promotion.
Offers cannot be combined under any circumstances.
Do you accept card payments?
Yes, you can pay by card at all services throughout the park.
Can I purchase meal menus online?
Yes, meal packages can be bought in advance through the BUY > EXTRAS section on the website.
Is it possible to rent a premium area through the website?
Yes. Simply visit the BUY > EXTRAS section to book your premium area.
Are the VIP zones available?
We suggest reserving ahead to ensure VIP zone availability during your visit. Reservations are only accepted online.
Can I buy tickets at the ticket office?
Yes, although we recommend buying them through our website for greater convenience and to avoid waiting times.
What recommendations are there for guests with disabilities?
To qualify for the reduced admission for disabilities, you must present an Official Disability Card (minimum 33% disability).
Are sun loungers and lockers included in the admission price?
No, both sun loungers and lockers are optional rental services.
Are floats included in the admission price?
Yes, floats are included. However, you also have the option to rent one for personal use throughout the day.
Are there restaurants in the park?
Yes, we offer a wide variety of dining options: pizzeria, burger bar, self-service, kiosks, and ice cream shops to suit every taste.
Up to what age is the reduced ticket valid?
Ticket classification is based on height:

Can I leave the park to eat outside?
Yes, you can leave and re-enter the park. At the entrance, you will receive a stamp that allows you to come and go throughout the day.
Can I bring food into the park?
Yes, you can bring food into the park. The only items prohibited for safety reasons are glass containers and canned goods.
What are the park hours?
The park’s hours every day during the season are from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Please note that attractions close 15 minutes before the park’s closing time.
Is parking available? Is it free?
There is free shaded parking available, but with limited spaces. We recommend arriving early to ensure you get a shaded spot.
What should I bring to the park?
You can bring just your swimsuit and towel; the rest of the things you might need for your day of fun—like sandals, sunscreen, a hat, and food—are available inside the park.
